JF Moran

I recently had the pleasure of working with JF Moran, who came highly recommended by the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. My experience was nothing short of amazing! They expertly handled my pickup and drop-off, ensuring that I received the best possible price for the service. Everything went very smoothly, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, I want to highlight Mary Robbins, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her professionalism and attentiveness truly made a difference. I highly recommend JF Moran, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I was a first time importer. I already knew an exporter in Japan so I went ahead and bought my dream RV. As the ship was getting closer to Jacksonville, I realized I needed help with the customs paperwork and port logistics. As a first time importer, it’s very overwhelming and a bit scary. Originally I planned on picking up the RV in Jacksonville, but when life events interfered, Pola helped organize transportation from the port to Atlanta without a hitch. Mary and Pola we incredibly kind and infinitely patient. They helped me through the entire process with zero stress. When the time comes to import another car, this is the company I will undoubtedly go with. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. Thank you Mary and Pola!!!

I have been using JF Moran for over 5 years. If I could give 100 stars I would. My experience with JF Moran has been excellent. Nick and Jenny have helped me with every import and have guide me through every step of the way each time. Constantly answering all my questions, answering my phone calls right away. The communication with Nick and Jenny has always been amazing. The process is so smooth and easy with them. I totally recommend JF Moran to anyone. I have even referred friends because I know they will be in good hands.10/10 recommend. I plan on being a loyal customer forever!
