Stair Masters Moving

This review is waaaay overdue, but I had to leave one after such a fantastic experience with Stair Masters! It was our first time using a moving company, and after several DIY moves, we finally decided to hire professionals and we’re so glad we chose Stair Masters. I can definitely see why they have a perfect rating. Tyler was incredibly kind and took the time to come out and give us an in-person estimate, which really helped put us at ease and confirmed we picked the right company. The estimate was accurate with no surprises, and communication throughout the entire process was smooth and responsive. The three gentlemen who handled our furniture were great. Super professional, efficient, and very respectful. They arrived on time and worked quickly. Everything was handled with care and nothing was damaged from the move. Overall, we had such a great experience. HIGHLY recommend this company and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

The Stair Masters movers could not have been better. I highly recommend them. They were fast and efficient and very reasonable.

I had an excellent experience with Stair Masters Moving! They unloaded my trailer into my new home, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Even though I booked very late in the process, Tyler and his team were able to fit me into their schedule, which I was incredibly grateful for. They provided a time slot and arrived right on time. The crew was professional, friendly, and very polite. They handled all of my belongings with care and were careful while moving everything into the house. They frequently asked where I wanted items placed and were more than willing to help with anything I needed. What really stood out was how fast and efficient they were. They worked quickly without sacrificing care, and had my items unloaded and brought into my home in no time. Their teamwork and professionalism made a stressful moving day much easier. Their pricing was fair and a great value for the quality of service they provided. I’m extremely thankful to Tyler and his team for their flexibility, hard work, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Stair Masters Moving to anyone looking for reliable movers. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need moving services!
