Jessica Cockrell Realtor

Jessica is truly amazing!! She helped my family and I find exactly what we were looking for and was so patient and responsive to my husband and I. She was very knowledgeable of the locations we were looking in and also extremely helpful with the negotiating and close process. Not only is she a great realtor but she also is a wonderful person and this made working with her such a joy. We had just moved from overseas and needless to say it was a very big adjustment for all of us and she was so incredible. I would recommend her to everyone and hope we are able to work with her again!!

Jessica is the best! We lucked out when we met her at an open house. She made the home buying and moving process so smooth and easy! We were new to the JAX area so her local knowledge was so valuable! Jessica knows the area so well and was able to answer all of our questions about neighborhoods, communities, amenities and proximity to shops and dining. From the first day of showings all the way through closing, she was friendly, helpful and on top of every little detail - and she gave us gentle reminders throughout the process, which we needed! 😊 We are grateful to have had Jessica on our team!

I am greatful because I had the opportunity to meet Jessica Cockrell to help me for the purchase of my house last year. Jessica, you are one of the best Realtor of the world. May God continue to give you strength and bless you with an abundance. May Him protect your life. Many thanks all members of Berkshire Hathaway Home services. You are wonderful. I wish you grow.

We highly recommend Jessica Cockrell as a realtor! Jesica secured our listing because of her personality, familiarity with the area, and her well thought out plan and presentation to sell our house! Some people make plans but never implement them. Jessica was the exception. She outlined a variety of ways she would market our house and implemented each one with creativity and enthusiasm! Jessica was accessible and responsive throughout the entire process of selling our home, which was critical for us, because communication is so important!
