I just went through there drive thru after we order online and unfortunately they were out of 2 of the things we order. However, the person who was working the drive thru was super nice and explained why the app let us order even though they were out and apologized, which seem authentic. They made the changes to what we wanted and even though we didnt get exactly what we wanted, it still was a very good experience. My family will definitely be back, because of the customer service.

Why are employees closing the store 10 minutes early? If your close time is 10 pm, then employees shouldn’t be telling customers they shut everything off for the night at 9:50. You shut down at 10pm when you actually CLOSE. Night crew management is obviously in need of revision.

Your employees are awful. I just wanted to get an ice cream for my brother and I to split. I was the medium smores and medium oreo mud pie order on 9/13. Your employee Adrian started barking, a common way to be mean to alternative looking people (for some reason). I did not come here to be picked on by a bunch of teenagers for the way I look. I don't think I want to come back here again if you hire people like him and the people egging him on, thinking it's funny to pick on customers. Edit: you have been contacted by my family numerous times without responding regarding this issue. This review has not been acknowledged either in the 3 months its been posted. I will no longer support you and tell everyone I know to do the same. You allow disrespect of customers just because we look different. Shame on you.
