First Coast Chiropractic is such a great place. The staff are wonderful and always so friendly. One of the great benefits of FCC is they have massage therapy which is huge plus. I really look forward to my visits👍😁

I have had the good fortune of discovering First Coast Chiropractic and Body Wellness Center. While there are many options in my immediate area, I chose to go a little further away mainly because Dr. O’Donnell is outstanding! He explains any issues, conditions and treatments and he takes the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. O’Donnell has helped reduce the pain in my lower back and neck. He is also very knowledgeable about supplements to help with overall good health. In addition to Dr. O’Donnell’s treatments, I have also received an amazing massage from Bree. Her pressure is on point and perfect for my extremely rigid muscles. I also would like to recognize Bethany and Phyllis for being the friendly front end of the office. I am grateful for their flexible scheduling abilities because I often need a later appointment. I highly recommend this business, but don’t steal my late appointments slots (just kidding, I will share). First time here bought a groupon being that I was on vacation but needed to be seen. I was warmly welcomed, and seen immediately even though I arrived early for my appointment. The doctor went over the treatment I could receive. I felt completely comfortable with the option I was offered. I came back for a second visit and the visit was just as great. I highly them.

The Chiropractor and medical care staff were great, super friendly and helpful. The receptionist/biller was horrible. The doctor said that massage before chiro treatment was needed for any kind of improvement for my husband's situation. Our insurance doesn't allow massage and chiro treatment on the same day. I'm used to paying out of pocket for my massages- not new to me, that's fine because I am willing to pay for it. That's not an option here. She had zero empathy, zero solution and unwillingness to figure out how to make this work. She simply said, "nope, we don't do that here". I don't understand how this is beneficial to patient care. In addion, the clinic is losing money by not allowing patients to pay out of pocket for non-covered services. If you require massage and chiropractic treatment on the same day, and only one is covered with insurance, sadly don't go here. Unfortunately there aren't many options for chiropractic care that is contracted with my insurance, so my family will be going without care.
