Absolutely the Best Chiropractor Office Around I can’t say enough wonderful things about this chiropractic office. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the heart behind everything they do. The owners are truly exceptional—kind, genuine, and deeply committed to helping people feel their best. It’s rare to find a place where you’re treated with such respect, care, and sincerity, but they’ve created exactly that. Then there's the two exceptionally sweet ladies who assist! They are AMAZING! Their professionalism is matched only by their compassion. They take the time to listen, explain, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. You never feel rushed, and you never feel like “just another patient.” They’ve built an environment where healing feels possible and where you’re supported by people who genuinely love what they do. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who goes above and beyond, this is the place. I’m incredibly grateful for the difference they’ve made in my health and overall well‑being. Truly the best.
Dr. Eric and Dr. Megan are absolutely wonderful! They are always flexible with scheduling and do everything they can to accommodate their patients. Every visit is thorough, and you never feel rushed. What truly sets them apart is how personable and caring they are. They know my daughter not only as a patient, but as a person. They take a genuine interest in her life, her activities, and her well-being, which makes every visit feel personal and meaningful. It is clear that they truly care about the people they serve. Dr. Eric and Dr. Megan are not only exceptional chiropractors, but also genuinely amazing people. We had a wonderful first visit at Innovo Chiropractic as a new family! Dr. Eric helped me get relief from sleeping on the hospital couch, and Dr Megan helped my wife felt so much better after her first postpartum adjustment, and our newborn had his first baby massage. Our baby has been passing gas and pooping much more comfortably since, and we finally enjoyed our first full night of great sleep as a household. Amazing care! Highly recommend Innovo to new moms and dads in St. Augustine.
Dr. Eric and Dr. Megan are truly the best! I started seeing Dr. Megan during my pregnancy and continued care with her after my daughter was born. She has been incredible for both of us and has done wonders for my daughter. The care, attention, and genuine compassion they provide are unmatched. Their office feels less like a doctor's office and more like walking into a friend's home, it's always welcoming, comfortable, and full of positive energy. Sometimes I honestly don't know if I go for the amazing adjustments or just to spend time with them (and, of course, Murphy!). We can't say enough good things about Innovo. We are so grateful to have found them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care!
Absolutely exceptional experience here. Dr. Eric and Dr. Megan are both amazing. You can tell they truly care about your health and body, you are not just a number here. The knowledge, care, and joy here is the best. I felt like Dr. Eric actually cares about the way I feel on a daily basis with my back pain. I can’t say enough good things about this office and their people. Even the front desk receptionist was extremely kind, which is hard to find these days especially with doctors offices. I will be a client for life after what I experienced today!
