JD is a true culinary artist. His food is without a doubt on the level of any restaurant in Jacksonville. Do you like Oreos? I know I do. Try his fried Oreos in a light batter with drizzled strawberries on top that are warm and topped with powdered sugar. That is something Anthony Bourdain would come up because his untimely passing. Try the food truck, do yourself a favor and save $20 rather than going to a fine dining restaurant, paying a tip to a waitress, waiting for a reservation the experience his creations in outdoors. His wings are actually moist in the center and crisp on the outside. Try and do that in an air fryer. Nothing against restaurants, but being in the business runs in my family and the overhead that goes into running a restaurant is the reason they go under within the first year. Food trucks are the way to go. I’m JD’s Attorney and for good reason. Not because he is in fear of litigation, but if making homemade recipes fresh and hot was a crime he’s be doing a life sentence.
