JaxFLRentals

We found this nice house and reached out to Jax Fl Rentals, they responded quickly. They made it so easy to get all the information needed to confirm that this is in our budget. Mrs Erin was great, she made it a smooth transition with no stress. Thank you so much.

My husband and I attempted to rent a house from this company and we were told they went back 15 years on a background check and they also refused to ignore the false information that is on the background check. They wanted $7480 just to move in. Erin was indifferent and negated to find a solution when we explained the false information on the background check that we can prove to be false. They also charge $70/ person for an application fee that's non refundable.

This rental agency does not say on their website that they go back over then years for a background check. they also said that I would be receiving a copy of the background check. they charged me $70 dollars each for two. then when I asked for the copies they denied me a copy . the rental agency then told us we had to pay a triple deposit to move into a rental home. this rental agency went back 11 years to find an eviction from 2015 and they also tried to say that the Apartment complex that I'm currently living in now since 2022 evicted me in 2023. Then proceeded to tell me that we needed $7,480 to move into the rental house. money that I'll never get back. then refused to give me a denial letter and refused to give me the copy of the background check that was supposedly ran. they then proceeded to tell me that they got their information from the County clerk of Courts website which is a FREE site. they obtained my social security number as well as other sensitive information and i don't feel safe. this rental agency is really small and seems like a front for other nefarious doings. please beware of them.
