Bathroom was contaminated with mold, Mauricio and his team found what was causing it, completely remediated and build back out shower from scratch! Thank you the process was seamless from start to finish
Mauricio and his team performed a detailed, thorough and excellent job. Mauricio gave me a timeframe in which they were to start the job and a time in which the job was to be completed. He communicated daily on the jobs that were being performed, forwarded before and after photos and left room for my questions, concerns and suggestions. He responded thoroughly, listened and all were completed to my liking. The job at my home was extensive; mold removal, shower Tear down and build back, attic cleaning, restoration among other services, HVAC cleanup, carpet removal and installation among other tasks he and his crew performed to my approval. This job was financially costly but worth every dime. When you have a trusting team like this company to perform the jobs they did in such a timely manner and adhered to detail; knowledgeable of the work to be completed , communicated daily, respectful, professional, and the guys were always working, you don’t mind paying for a job Well Done. After completion, Mauricio staff cleaned up Everything. Left my home in immaculate condition. I highly recommend JAX Restoration Solutions under the leadership of Mauricio to be chosen to do any assigned job in which you need work to be completed professionally and timely!
I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Jax Restoration Solutions responded incredibly quickly, and their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure all of my questions were answered. They resolved the water leak thoroughly and went the extra mile to ensure everything was completely taken care of. The team worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and made sure the job was done right. Everything looks great, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I truly appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to quality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and outstanding service!
I had recent work done by Jax Restoration Solutions and they are the absolute BEST!! Mauricio and his crew are not only professional but very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and very hard workers. I was given a daily update of progress made and what the next day’s expectations would be as well as a running total of costs incurred. If I was unable to actually see some areas (behind walls, attic) pictures and videos were taken for me. In addition to the mold remediation which caused more damage than I realized, I had some other projects that I wanted done which included painting, flooring, replacing cabinets, replacing light fixtures, and repairing some plumbing. Fortunately, they have a handyman service which they offer as well so they could do all the things I wanted at a very reasonable price and do it with great skill and competence. I couldn’t be more pleased and recommend them highly. I plan to use them again in the future for other projects. They are honest, wonderful workers and it feels like working with family.
Mauricio and team are always going out of their way for their customers providing great quality work at a great price. They take pride in the work that is done and always communicating throughout the process. Will be partnering again on future projects!
