Jax Fish Shrimp and Chicken

First time told the young lady order the #14 well thought I was getting the shrimp and whatever else got some pita thing ..SMH called 3 times but they didn't answer very disappointed ☹️ was so looking forward to bthe good . PLEASE MAKE MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU ODERED $ 20 SOMETHING

The workers were nice. I ordered drums and flats extra done with 3 different flavors. The flavors were ok, the wings should have been more done than they were. Overall not bad, but I'm still in search of a go-to chicken spot. I'll at least try their fried seafood next time.

Hands down one of the best spots in Jax! I’ve been craving perfectly seasoned seafood, and Jax Fish, Shrimp & Chicken did not disappoint. The fish was crispy and flavorful, the shrimp were cooked just right, and the wings? Next level. Everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. The portions were generous, the prices were fair, and the service was quick and friendly. I always feel welcomed when I come here, and even if there’s ever a mistake, they fix it with no attitude—just great customer service. This is definitely my go-to for seafood and comfort food in Jacksonville!

Horrible experience, the “new girl” gave me an attitude after I tried to tell her it was all good that she didn’t know about the sauce I wanted. She goes to say , “I know it’s good” . 🤨 . Huh ? I say what you mean by that ? , she goes “do you want your food or not” , then shuts the window. The other young man (1-3) who I usually see tell me she new etc. Ma’am that’s not how you talk to customers , regardless if your “new” . Your customer service skills needs work. Left the one on blanding cause of the low vibrational energy that they gave , made the one on edge my new “chicken spot” … been coming for weeks. Yea I don’t see them lasting to long with that type of disrespect being appeased.
