JANA STEAKHOUSE

We decided to have dinner at a regular table instead of the hibachi table. My wife ordered the hibachi chicken and I got the teriyaki chicken. The hibachi chicken was a bit bland and didn’t seem like a generous portion of protein. Considering it’s the same price as sitting at the hibachi table where the experience and flavor are usually better. It didn’t feel like the best value.

We were greeted immediately at was told it would only be a 20 minute wait for our table of 10 at the Teppanyaki grill. Ones seated our server was both quick and kind with the drinks and ordering. Our chef, Jack, put on an amazing performance and cooked the food very well. It was probably the least I have ever used yum yum sauce. It was so well cooked it hardly was needed. The portions were large and everyone went home with leftovers. On top of all that it was my birthday and they made me and my niece sitting next to me ( the only child at the table) feel extra special. It was a great experience and I can't wait to go back.

they have ginger salad dressing, and ginger steak sauce and actual clear soup. all good. the rice for the fried rice was cooked same day I'm pretty sure, pretty wet and over cooked texture (although it was a Wednesday and they are closed on Tuesdays so maybe that's why). the place was only half full. of the 8 tables, 4 were being cooked on and it was sooo hot inside. needs more AC/airflow. shrimp and filet combo was good.

Food was great, & our chef was amazing. We tipped the chef separately & on the receipt for the “waiter” who seated us & barely refilled our drinks. She ran after us while leaving claiming we “didn’t tip enough” because she has to share with the chef. We explained we tipped both her and the chef separately & would not be tipping more. She then proceeded to curse at us in her own language. Will never be going back here, completely unacceptable.
