I received several estimates before deciding who to trust with replacing my roof, and choosing Jacksonville Roofing USA was one of the best decisions I made. From the very beginning, Jimmy treated me with kindness, respect, and honesty. He stayed in touch throughout the entire project, kept me informed every step of the way, and was always willing to answer my questions. I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening, and that meant a lot to me. The price was fair, the workmanship was outstanding, and the finished metal roof is absolutely beautiful. The crew worked hard, paid attention to every detail, and cleaned everything up when they were done. It’s hard to find companies these days that truly care about their customers, but that’s exactly how I felt throughout this experience. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust to do an excellent job and treat you right, I highly recommend Jacksonville Roofing USA. I couldn’t be happier with my new roof, and I’m so thankful I chose them.
Jacksonville Roofing did a fantastic job on my outside garage and at a good price. Ramel and Mark were fantastic and went way above from start to finish. Jax Roofing kept in constant contact with updates of the whole process leading up to getting the job done. It was a challenge with all the storms and rain but these guys were phenomenal. Thank all of you. Great experience. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future with any future Roofing jobs I need.
I had a great experience with this roofing company. Travis came by to repair the leaks and visible roof cracks on my home, and the entire process was fast, detailed, and professional. He explained the work clearly, handled everything efficiently, and made sure the repairs were completed properly. Their pricing was also very reasonable, and I appreciated the great quote they provided. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof repairs or roofing services.
Travis and his team is wonderful! Called them about an estimate, price was fair and I had a brand new roof the next week. Communication throughout was great, passed inspection with flying colors, highly recommend them!
I cannot express how blessed I feel to have been able to work with Travis Mann and Jacksonville Roofing USA. Getting a new roof and making sure you get the right roof and work with the right people to be happy with your investment is stressful; but I am happy to say that my experience with Travis and Jacksonville Roofing was one of the best! Travis answered all of my questions and gave helpful direction so I got what I envisioned. They showed up on time and Travis kept me in the loop during the entire process. He made sure that we fixed the problem areas so that I didn’t have future problems with my home. The team was respectful, pleasant and worked quick. Everything was clean up after the job leaving me able to enjoy my new roof. Thank you Travis and team!! Here are the before and after photos- so happy with the look….. now to start picking out new paint colors :)
