I found Jacksonville Mobile Marine aka Keith and hired him to do a 100 hour service on my 115 hp Yamaha. Before the time of service everything was working perfectly fine. The actual date he serviced my Yamaha was August 9 2025 . During the service he cracked a piece of the bolt thread for my speedometer ( even tho he broke it I had to pay for part to be repaired on speedometer) After service took it on water to test it and it broke down , due to improper installation of fuel water separator . He did show up that day August 10 to work on boat and get bypass done so I could get back to boat trailer . Speedometer was still not working at this point . A few days later 8/14/2025 he came back and changed out water separator and casing and installed an outside speedometer on my boat ( I still had to pay for those parts even tho he broke it ) . When he got done we ran it in the river and back to boat ramp took it home , 8/31/25 noticed lower unit oil coming out of top plug . Took it to another mechanic found out it had water in lower unit due to top screw plug not being tight , along with multiple other things he did not do on service which now has cost me more money to have fixed properly . I do not recommend this company

Mrs. Mae and Keith scheduled me quickly and was attentive to the issues my outboard motor was experiencing. Keith is very knowledgeable and worked quickly to get the impeller on my outboard motor replaced. Although it didn't fix the issue at hand (something else seems to be going on with the cooling system) I still highly recommend them for any quick fixes your boat may need! Quality and efficient work, if they can't fix the issue they will let you know and recommend you to the people who can. A big thank you to the both of them for being prompt and caring!
Keith and May are both prompt and courteous. Keith has worked on my boats for years and has always proven to be an outstanding mechanic. He goes beyond the call of duty to explain the care of the boat and is trustworthy to the core. Highly recommend.
