Don’t go there they are liar, we put our 2022 Camry in their shop and we trusted them because of past with other vehicle but this time no good, deer hit vehicle left side on front and did lot damage so took there and when we took out few weeks later the flap underneath came off in back not one time but three times where they put bolts or screws back and it got damaged Inhad to put it back up using plastic cable wire to put back up and they claimed they texted me back to bring in but never did till day they told me bring in and they looked at it and said my wife admitted she ran over curbside which is a lie and they are trying get away with paying for damaged flap. On that day they put back up they found the left fender and driver door touching each other and I believe it’s from deer but they said no that must be new one which is also a lie and our insurance State Farm followed what they are saying and am so furious. The body shop manager Chris doesn’t know how to diagnose the accident.
we had some issues with the paint defects on our jeep and went to our local dealer here in Daytona. I’m basically were told they don’t have a body shop so they couldn’t help us out so we called Hanania and they were truly a pleasure to work with. From the start of our call to taking the car in was a mere three days. Jason was upfront and took care of the problems that came from the factory. The car actually looks better than new now.
Had an excellent experience with Chris. The story of my bumper is a long and sad one. Ended up replacing my front bumper, painting it etc. Chris even helped me out with a scratch on the side so it wouldn’t get worse. It was quick and painless. They were accommodating during the holidays, polite and respectful with me. I thought the price was very fair (not cheap because this is a professional establishment with licensing and bonds. If you want cheap bumper paint, i will personally spray paint your car for $100 in my driveway) and they explain what you’re paying for and give you a written estimate with an itemized breakdown of labor, parts, materials all that jazz. You get an excellent warranty on the work and you will feel good about coming to them.
My incident happened around April 2023. Their communication was awful. The woman at the front desk was AMAZING. I don’t remember her name Sadly. Communication was awful, wouldn’t call me back. Constantly telling me it would be ready when it wasn’t. If I could give the nice receptionist upfront at that time a five star, I would. But awful awful awful communication. Didn’t even bother resetting up my dash cam just left all the cords hanging out the inside was a mess. Had a mark on my car that wasn’t there before. Do not recommend. The pictures of the roof were way worse before because I waited so long to leave a review, but they left the roof pretty nasty. There is no excuse for saying hey we just need a little longer instead of leaving me in the dark. If you like messy cars and new scratches on your car, by all means! Hit them up. And yes, I did confront whoever was in charge about this. I’m not just complaining online. I expressed my disinterest with him too
Excellent service. I went in for an oil change and walked over to the collision center to ask a question about a minor body repair item. The manager brought my car over after the oil change to immediately fix the problem. Highly recommend!!
