Jack C. Wilson Roofing Co

I was referred to Jack C Wilson Roofing Company by a fellow co-worker who had a great experience. I called the number and the office receptionist Grace answered the call and took my information. The next day Grace advised me that Dustin Hitt would meet me at the property. Dustin inspected what need done and a few days later I meet with Paul Phillips project coordinator, materials arrived. In short from beginning to end of project the experience was fantastic. Never seen anything like this. I thought customer service was something from the past. My experience was well above my expectations. I would definitely refer and recommend Jack C Roofing Company for any roofing repairs.

Absolutely stellar service! We had some interior leaks and Chris's depth of knowledge was immediately apparent. He didn't just give a generic answer, he thoroughly explained every area of concern and walked us through the best solutions. It was easily one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future! Thanks so much for coming out the next day to look at the roof. You completely relieved our concerns and we really appreciate how quickly you responded!"

Jack C Wilson Roofing was amazing. Chris Voss (owner), Grace and Lynn in the office were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We loved the way they helped us with choosing the color that would best match our brick. Paul and his crew were exceptional with the install, on time completion (2 days) and clean up was like they were never here. If you are looking for a reliable roofing company look no more.

We are very pleased with the roof! We also had the chimney reframed and they did a great job. The clean up of debris and nails was thorough. There was one issue, but it was corrected quickly.
