Pleased with my experience at JR's. I usually go to another muffler shop in the area, but they have been dropping the ball as of lately. I was charged a very reasonable price for a full exhaust. It did take a little longer than I thought, but the work was quality. I highly recommend them. Will be returning if I ever need anything else.
Awesome experience, went into the shop thinking I would need an entire exhaust. Only needed a catalytic converter and owner talked me out of replacing the entire system. No appointment and was in and out in 40 minutes with a 5year warranty to boot! Definitely recommend anyone need exhaust or welding done to check with JR's muffler shop first.
JR does a great job and is fast. Price is awesome. I have taken two of my cars to him and they sound great now. I would recommend JR muffler shop to anyone.
Called and asked if they had any availability. Struggling to understand him because he wouldn't walk away from the extremely loud machine noise to speak with me, He said very rudely "I don't give out that information." I paused at a loss for words. He then continued with his unfriendly tone "what's your problem?" I explain that my muffler needed a new flex pipe and he stops me, again with the rude voice "I sold my last one, try my brother's shop" then rambles the number before I could even get a pen. I was told to try this shop because he was fair priced and did good work. I'd rather give my money to a more professional person.
I've been getting my exhaust done by Rick at JR's since I was 16. He's put exhaust on many different vehicles for me, as well as my family and friends. The look and the work he does is worth every penny. JR's pricing is very fare, the work is done very fast. Thank you JR's for the dual exhaust on the 2010 Nissan Titan. I couldn't be happier with the look and sound.
