J Lemon Pepper Fish & Chicken

I am pretty disappointed with this fish sandwich that costs more than the fish burger and in the picture it's a filet of fish on a sandwich. I receive 6 little nuggets and a bunch of lettuce and jalapenos. I'm pretty sure that's ribs or maybe a tail and it is extremely fishy tast and we did loaded fries that are soggy and just not great at all. Bixby count salad is tough and spicy as all get out. And my wife wanted to mcdonald's fish sandwich, I should have gone with that. Money being as tight as it is spending twenty five dollars for this and probably won't eat it.It's crazy talk, but it's ten o'clock now.So i'm not driving all the way back up there. Now as I look at my receipt, she charged me for a fish sandwich 48 ninety nine which is not what I ordered.I pointed it out to her, but I guess they just tore up the piece of fish and put it on the other kind of bread! So I also got scammed on this one! I really hope somebody from your company reads this.

Got the Burger with corn nuggets. Everything was great but my tomato was so n the greener side. I just love tomatoes & i’m pregnant so it hurt a little to see i couldn’t enjoy my favorite part. But other than that everything else was great. 😭🫶🏼

Great drive-thru experience! The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The staff was welcoming and made sure my order was correct before handing it to me. Everything was fresh and prepared perfectly, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. It’s always nice to receive excellent customer service like we received from Hailey. Highly recommend!

This place closes at 11 PM, yet at 10:40 PM the worker decided they were already “closed” because she needed to clean. She proceeded to tell my husband he had to leave, even though the posted closing time had not arrived. After asking him to leave, she then suggested he go through the drive through instead rather than simply taking his order while he was already standing there. All of that energy spent dismissing him and giving suggestions when she could have just taken his order. Since when do restaurants lock their doors before the establishment actually closes just so employees can start cleaning? I was always under the impression that cleaning begins after closing time, not 20 minutes before while customers are still allowed to be there. Ms. Wig should know that if the restaurant closes at 11 PM, then customers should be able to remain there until 11 PM+. Deciding to close early for your own convenience is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the business. They really let anybody work in customer service these days.
