I had my Xbox Series X HDMI port repaired, and the service was excellent. They were able to complete the repair the same day, although I understand that may not always be possible and I was probably fortunate that it was a slower day. The staff was friendly, the price was very reasonable, and the repair was completed quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a game console repair.
I’ve been going here for many years, always very nice and helpful. My most recent experience was probably my best , I got my IPhone 15 plus screen replaced and my back camera fixed. Very helpful through the whole process updated me every time they could. TJ is the man! I also brought my Ps5 in for repair , they fixed the issue I was having I brought it home and it went into the blue light of death, I quickly called TJ and told him what happened and he said to bring it back in because it is covered in my warranty for the repair I initially had. Turns out my DDR6 Ram went bad , well TJ offered to take mine and me get a new ps5 for 200 dollars which was a STEAL. I’m so happy with the service I was provided with and will be back for sure hopefully not too soon though!
Came in with a power button issue involving my wife's flip phone. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, informative & immediately took the handle repairing the power issue where others did not want to tackle the problem with this particular phone. We were very pleased with the same day turn around with the repair at a reasonable cost. Phone is now working perfectly. I would highly recommend this place for all your tech repair needs. I purchased a used phone. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The phone is refurbished but works perfectly. The store has more inventory than you see in the showroom. If you ask they will do their best to accommodate your needs. 10/10 would recommend
