Our experience transitioning to this new IT company has been absolutely excellent! The process was smooth from start to finish, and I want to give a special shout-out to Micah for going above and beyond. I wish I remembered the names of the other team members. Everyone has been excellent. The response time for support has been incredibly fast, everyone on the team is friendly, and they make even the most technical issues easy to understand. As someone who’s not very tech-savvy, I truly appreciate how painless and pleasant they’ve made this transition. Highly recommend!
