I highly recommend. I have a brand new HP laptop that came with a tiny chip in the plastic in a spot you can’t even see. 2 months after I had the computer, my 2 year old son stepped on it causing the top left of my touch pad to be stuck down causing dragging and clicking on the screen when used. I still had 293 days left on my 1 year warranty with HP and explained the problem to HP and mentioned the plastic chip that came in it from factory and they said it was all covered. So I send it to HP all the way to California to get it repaired and they said the chip was “customer inflicted damage” and it voided the whole warranty and wanted to charge me $406 to repair the laptop. I refused and told them to send it back, contacted this company, dropped it off and it was fixed by the next day. All it was, was one of the little brackets holding one of the 4 screws that hold the touch pad up was bent. He was super professional and knowledgeable and the price was out of this world. I will definitely be using him for all future computer repairs and recommend everyone I can to do the same. Thank you so so much! 💛
Don came to our small business to evaluate a desktop computer issue. Then he worked around our office hours and employee schedules to pick up the machines for repair and return. He was quick, courteous, and fairly priced. We will call him again when we need computer repair!
I have successfully used a handful of IT providers when living in South Florida and haven't found anyone qualified people, companies or otherwise since moving to Fleming Island 7 years ago. I searched and found Don right here on Fleming Island. He is a true professional and had an exceptional experience with him that I was hoping to have. I recently turned on my desktop computer and new I had a major problem with my hard drive. My data was compromised and at risk of loosing even though I had an unproven backup. Don was able to extract all my data to a new hard drive. The whole experience was painless including his cost and an amazing turn around time. From my 1st call finding him, and 5 other calls to him in the process, he answered every call! Remarkable. I'll see you again soon with other computer projects we have. Continued success. Fast, reliable, and great prices for repairs. I’ve used Nexgen PC Services three now and can say Don has come to the rescue each time. This last visit, I move my computer and could not get it t start up. He came and within a minute he realized i had connected a wrong lead. This fixed it immediately, plus he charged nothing. I highly recommend him. I will definitely continue to use his services for all my computer repairs and highly recommend him. Phil C.
What a blessing it was to find Mr. Don. My HP laptop is over 5 years old and stuck on the startup screen that stated diagnosing your PC. It was sick and I took it to the right Don. I did not want to invest a lot of money in it due to the age. Due to starting school, I didn't have the extra to purpose a new one. Don was God sent. His speed of service was impressive. He was so professional and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend his service. I am a very happy customer.
