He fixed my phone fast, was super professional and nice. The price was great, Highly recommend!
I called to find out how much it would be to get the screen replaced on my iPhone 8. The person gave me a price and said If I want to get it done I will need to take an appointment. So I called back to take an appointment on Friday. The guy asks me if the following Monday around 12pm would work for me and I said yes. He says he will call me back to confirm the appointment. Fast forward to Monday at 12:15PM. I give him a call to see what’s going on. I call him and let him know I am the guy with an iPhone 8 that was supposed to get done sometime before 12 on Monday. The guy corrects me and says he had told me after 12 on Monday which is a misunderstanding. Wether it was after or before 12 he was supposed to call me ahead of time to confirm the appointment and never did. I say ok no problem when can we get it done. Then the guy says he’s at work or something it was very hard to hear him on the phone. He then says that he will call me when he’s done and also says he’s about to be “finished”. It’s now Thursday and have never heard back. I would not recommend this business to get your phone fixed the communication is very bad. You have to keep reaching out because they will never call you back.
These guys were super pleasant to work with. Very professional and had me in and out in no time!! It was an awesome experience and I’d definitely recommend them if you need your screen replaced!!
Dylan has done work for me several times over the years. Prices are competitive, service is top-notch and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the St. Augustine area!
Got an iPhone 11 screen replacement for less than everyone around. 10 minutes in and out and a free screen protector! 💯
