Great little store. Well organized and clean Colin was super knowledgeable and walked us thru normal bikes to e-bikes. He went out of his way to inform us and tell us the pros and cons of each model. Really nice guy.
Outstanding shop and employees. Professional and courteous. We got straight to the point on what type of ebike I was looking for. They offered a huge variety of decently priced ebikes. They explained how it works. I picked the ebike I wanted and they added a front light for me. I picked up the bike early the next day and also purchased an awesome helmet and a buddy seat which will arrive in about a week. They told me they'd call me when it's in and they'll install the buddy seat professionally for me. Couldn't ask for a better experience. My first day I rode 14 miles and didn't break a sweat. The lectric ebike XP4 ST has several modes with Eco being the smoothest ride to just hang out and get some air to turbo mode which topped out 20 mph! That was more than enough for me. It folds so it went easily in the back of my small SUV. Outstanding experience. Thank you Island Life Bikes-World Golf.
We stopped in today to check out Island Life Bikes in World Golf Village area. They have a nice selection of bikes and accessories. Mike was very helpful, no pressure, and gave us the information we needed to make our selection. Both Mike and Glenn were knowledgeable, checked our new bikes out before we took them home and then even delivered them to our house. We are excited about adding biking to our retirement plans.
We had a great experience at Island Life Bikes in World Golf Village last week. We brought our son in to look at an e-bike for use on his YouTube channel, and the staff made the entire process easy and enjoyable. One thing that really impressed us was the opportunity to test ride several different models. Rather than feeling rushed or pressured, our son was able to spend time comparing bikes and finding the one that best suited his needs. After trying a number of options, he ultimately chose a sturdy dark Troxus that he was excited to take home. It was also clear that manager Glen and technician Gideon work well together to make sure customers are taken care of. They were knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer questions throughout the process. Their teamwork gave us confidence that we were making the right choice and that support would be there after the sale as well. What really set the experience apart was that Glen personally delivered the bike to our home. That level of customer service is increasingly rare and demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. We left with a great bike, but also with the feeling that we had been treated well from start to finish. If you're looking for an e-bike and want knowledgeable people who take the time to help you find the right fit, I would definitely recommend Island Life Bikes at World Golf Village.
Very friendly & professional service. We were pleasantly surprised that all replacements were based on Electra. Got a brand new chain and new wheels from Electra. We will definitely return!
