Iselborn Health and Sports Recovery Annex

I am new to the practice but in my first 6 weeks I'm very favorably impressed. My orthopedic doctor recommended physical therapy for tight glutes which I've tried twice with no success and actually increased pain and traction for spinal deterioration. When my shot wore off i decided to try the sports therapy route. The athletic trainers have made much more progress with no increased pain in a relatively short amount of time. They use all they're tools to help speed recovery. Also an excellent deep tissue massage therapist on site. Very professional well trained staff.

Had neck stiffness. Went for a few visits and they’ve helped tremendously with the issue, along with giving me advice on how to go about doing stretches at home on my own time. Would highly recommend this place!

This place has been an absolute game-changer for me! Dr. Nate Stegehuis is absolutely amazing. Super nice and personable, he has made me a chiropractic believer. Iselborn Chiropractic was a recommendation from a friend, and to be honest, I went because it was close to my house. I wish I had started treatment sooner. The office is super efficient - I'm always seen quickly and totally get my money's worth between the adjustment, the stretch and the other treatments used. When I first started treatment with Dr. Nate, I could barely turn my head. Now I can actually look over my shoulder and talk to people next to me without pain. I've experienced so much day-to-day relief and a huge difference in form when I'm exercising. I'm always in a better mood after going to treatment here. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Iselborn for over 2 years now and they are amazing! Great staff and Dr. Iselborn is great at what he does. I honestly look forward to each consultation, he knows exactly how to treat my injury and listens to all of my concerns and gives me great feedback. I can say wholeheartedly that my condition has improved since I have started visiting his office; he has taught me to listen to my body and know it's limitations . I know that my back injury isn't going to heal overnight but doctor Iselborn has help me tremendously along the way!
