We cannot say enough wonderful things about Joanne with the Florida-Georgia Connection Team at Iron Valley Real Estate! She was part of an incredible tag-team partnership that helped us throughout our entire real estate journey, and somewhere along the way, became a friend. Joanne helped us sell our previous home, our dream house, just unfortunately not on our dream lot, using some very creative and unique strategies, including reverse tactics to market to a military family purchasing sight-unseen. She truly thought outside the box and worked hard to make the process successful. At the same time, Joanne helped us navigate negotiations with the builder on our new home, advocating for incentives and getting items included that helped make our dream house on our dream lot (our forever lot!) even better. Throughout both transactions, Joanne was communicative, timely with updates, knowledgeable, and simply wonderful to work with. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind. We are incredibly appreciative of the time we spent working with the team and would recommend Joanne to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about their clients. We started this process with two realtors and ended it with two friends, and we couldn't be more grateful!
