She is a scam artist! I scheduled a telehealth appointment with her and she never sent me a link for my appt and then charged me a $120 no show fee which I’m currently disputing. I’m not new to this, I’ve had several telehealth appointments so it wasn’t user error on my end. I literally chatted with her through the Headway portal for 20-30 minutes waiting for her to send a link that never came. She definitely had my email and phone number so there’s no excuse. Avoid her at all cost!
Doesn't keep scheduled appointments with her clients. Get left still needing help. Waste of time and money.
