I absolutely love this yoga studio! The space is beautiful, peaceful, and so welcoming from the moment you walk in. I’ve taken the restorative yoga class with Amber, and it has quickly become one of my favorite parts of the week. She creates such a calming and relaxing environment. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I walked in. I’m so excited to have a studio like this in our community. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, I highly recommend checking it out. I can’t wait to keep coming back!

Their yoga classes create a welcoming environment for all experience levels while emphasizing proper alignment, mindful movement, breathwork, and overall wellness. If you’re looking for yoga in St. Augustine, Intera Yoga is an excellent choice for improving flexibility, mobility, strength, balance, stress management, and mind-body connection. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping each student feel successful. I highly recommend Intera Yoga to anyone in the St. Augustine area seeking high-quality yoga classes, whether you’re new to yoga, returning after an injury, or looking to enhance your overall health and wellness.
I'm so glad Intera Yoga opened. Their vibe is exquisite: friendly and welcoming, overtly inclusive of all bodies and abilities, and they have scaled rates for folks at different economic levels. The instructors are exceptional, and they provide guidance on supports and props to make each class accessible. They have blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters available to use. Hatha and Vinyasa-Yin are my current favorites, but I've also enjoyed Slow Flow, and Restorative. The introductory offer and community yoga classes make it easy to try them all.

There is a wonderful new yoga studio south of SR 312 on the mainland called Intera Yoga. It is a studio that is truly designed for and welcoming to all yoga practitioners, whether you are a novice or seasoned yogi. There is an extensive class schedule, upcoming workshops, and lots of community based sessions as well. The studio at Interra Yoga is a lovely space filled with light, love and peace, and there are multiple types of membership plans, including a one month trial plan. If you have been wanting to try a yoga class, or are always looking for the perfect place to expand your yoga practice, then check out Interra Yoga.
