Inspire to Rise, Inc.

I have two failed referrals for this practice. The practice received information to generate the referral that was needed for services that was required of me. This practice‘s billing and coding department purposely throws random codes to have your referral rejected each time. Thus you are delayed ordered services if not completely denied. I wonder how many others have experienced this.

This organization is amazing. Very friendly, they get you in quick and get you the help you need. Extremely clean. They offer a wide range of help to fit exactly what you need. Marcela was very responsive and got everything organized, Ashley at the front was there everyday making sure I was taken care of. I even met the owner Mrs. Aida she walked me around and explained everything to me. I feel like I am apart of a place that actually cares. I highly recommend Inspire To Rise. They helped inspire me and helped me rise to my full potential.

Very unorganized The first visit was a 6 hour intake bc they had a new system. Then we found out they did the intake for the wrong thing, not what we were referred for. I ended up going to another facility due to the lack of organization here. A year later this was the only place that would do meds. We come back and set an appointment to be notified via call that dcf had referred us (not true therapy did). This individual pushed back trying to tell me I had an open dcf case which I had not. Flash forward to the day of our apt. We have been here for an hour and have been notified our appointment was canceled without any notice. I had taken off work and my daughter's suffering would not be addressed. The phycologist was willing to stay and assist with their clerical error. Which was the highlight and reason for 2 stars. This wasn't just a one time occurrence. Every interaction with this company has failed us over a years time nothing changed here. I do not recommend using them unless you want to do more damage then good to your mental state. I will edit if staus improves
