While visiting St Augustine, Florida I found InnerWorks Performance and Wellness. I was looking for a place to continue my cold plunge streak of 52 days in a row. They are awesome people to work with! Next time I'm in town I know I'll be back!
This place is awesome! Was in town for wedding and was looking to see if there was a contrast therapy place in St Aug. Thankfully stumbled upon InnerWorks. Sauna and cold plunge were great! First place I’ve been that had a 40 degree cold plunge (also had option for 50). Loved the 40. Team there was very kind, and also responsibly take into account any health conditions of somebody has them. They have plenty of awesome other services as well. Sad to have to leave, as I’d be hitting this place up often.
This place is amazing. Very clean, organized, and professional staff. Innerworks will be a staple for me going forward, and I feel lucky to have them in my town! Do yourself a favor and give the contrast therapy a try, you’ll be hooked!! Excited to try IVs and red light therapy next.
Tried my first contrast therapy session here and absolutely loved the experience! Was so impressed with the professional environment and high quality equipment. The privacy of having my own room for one whole hour was also really special. I felt amazing for the entire day afterwards- can’t wait to go again!
I had an amazing experience at this IV therapy shop! The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The IV therapy left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I also tried their cryo therapy and cold plunge, which were both fantastic additions to the experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing environment. Whether you're looking to boost your energy or just treat yourself, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!
