I have been going to Injury Care Centers at Oceanway for a little over a month now. While I was hesitant to follow up anywhere as I’m skeptical of most things being a scam of some sort, they’ve actually been great. Hope, at the front desk, is always super sweet and upbeat. All the therapists, Kirk, Lucy, and Nicole, are always pleasant, professional, and easy to talk to. Dr. Mead is definitely a people person and with that, he displays great care for everyone in his office from patients to his team. Dealing with an accident is tough. My life’s been flipped upside down since, but I appreciate having a kind and caring team to work with now that PT is part of my regular routine. Also, Dr. Gilas is really cool. I appreciate everyone there I’ve worked with even if I didn’t mention you by name because I’m bad with them. If you work at ICC Oceanway, know the work you do and how you do it is appreciated. That’s for making hard times and a wild world a little better.
Really love the atmosphere when walking in I am greeted by a friendly receptionist name Hope. The staff Kirk, Nicole and Lucy are amazing and super helpful and Dr. Mead is such a wonderful doctor.
Dr. Mead is outstanding! He explains your injury and offers treatment plans. He is thorough and detail oriented.
I love this hospital so much now Lavern .B & Amy S. saved my day i had a ring stuck on my finger and they helped me out so fast i was so worried before i got here that i was going to lose my finger 8/23/26 thank you ladies i really appreciate you and this hospital
