The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. No issue whatsoever with any of that. My issue is that I had gotten an MRI, two weeks later no one has talked to me about my results. They missed getting an MRI on my shoulder. I have left voicemails to get something scheduled for the MRI on my shoulder and nothing. Besides my initial visit, I have seen a doctor one time and it was for a very brief 5 minutes, if that. I feel like they just brought me in for a source of income, not to help me with my injuries. All I've done at my visits is stretch and lay on a massage table. You would think after three weeks they would have talked to me about something but no, I have gotten nothing from them. No type of treatment plan or anything. Its really frustrating because now I have to find another doctor. But I'll be going to a new doctor that is actually willing to talk to me and help me with my healing process rather than throw me on a massage table and call it a day.
Loved it. Efficient and I got an appointment the very same day I called. Got an xray right then and there. Was told my problem and was given treatment immediately. Will be coming back twice next week. Scheduling is flexible, lots of times available but always busy. Very friendly staff.
My whole family has been seen at this center following our car collision. Great care day in and out. Especially Lordes, Makalah and Dr Francis are awesome. Listen to our needs and provide pain-easing care. Thank you!!!

I highly recommend Dr.Brent Knutson and his team. They provided amazing service and were incredibly helpful throughout my daughter’s injury treatment. The staff was friendly and made us feel at ease, while Dr. Brent was professional and caring. We had a great experience!
