My friends and I had an amazing experience at Indulgence Southern Bistro! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was on point and great atmosphere, beautifully set, and just an overall welcoming feel. The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and truly gave that perfect Southern comfort experience. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the taste and presentation. The service was just as impressive. Charles was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the entire visit. He went over and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our visit. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a great vibe!
I had a great experience from start to finish! Charles was AMAZING he was very professional and helpful. Amir was very sweet also he helped bring out our food. The service was professional, welcoming, and exceeded my expectations. Everything was done with care and attention to detail, and I left feeling very satisfied. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good food and great vibes and top quality experience!
Our server was so nice but the food was not good. I’m not sure if there was a delay in the kitchen or what but it took so long to get our drinks and the food. My guests food came out about 20 minutes before mine and our food was warm. I can’t say for sure that I’d ever go back. :(

Our server, Charles, was AMAZING—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Now let’s talk about the food… absolutely flavorful and worth every bite! I had the shrimp and grits and whew—it did not disappoint. Perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. And the mimosa flights? 10/10. So refreshing and a fun touch to the whole experience. Great food, great service, great vibes—definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!
This place is an absolute MUST every visit I make to Jacksonville, FL. We met Mr. Indulgence himself, Spence, he was super polite and very friendly to me and my boyfriend it was like talking to someone who is apart of my family. Charles was our server he was super friendly, sweet, polite all of the above. I love positive vibes the beautiful atmosphere decor everything here is very clean, energetic, & family oriented structure. The moment we walked in we were greeted with such warmth and beautiful smiles by the staff. I had the catfish and grits with cheese eggs my boyfriend enjoyed the chicken and waffles with a side of cheese grits and cheese eggs it was absolutely amazing perfectly seasoned nice size portions HOT & FRESH. We enjoyed the Mimosa Flights which was absolutely delicious I can’t decide which flavor was my favorite that’s just how good they were. Beautiful, Clean, Professional Black owned business I wish we had back at home. Come on down to Indulgence Southern Bistro y’all won’t be disappointed at all.
