I genuinely wish I could give more than five stars, because five simply does not do justice to the experience I had here—especially the incredible service I received from Ali. I came in needing a phone and purchased an iPhone 16e from Ali. What could have been an ordinary transaction turned into one of the best customer-service experiences I have ever had. Ali was extraordinarily patient, respectful, knowledgeable, professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. I never felt pressured, rushed, dismissed, or treated like just another sale. He listened to what I needed, answered my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I walked away with the right solution. What impressed me most was his honesty and integrity. When you’re buying an expensive device, you sometimes wonder whether you’re receiving genuine advice or simply being sold something. I never questioned Ali’s intentions. It was obvious that helping the customer came before simply making a sale. Without sharing personal details, I was dealing with a difficult situation, and Ali’s help saved me from an unbelievable amount of additional trouble, stress, frustration, and inconvenience. He probably doesn’t even realize how significant his help was to me. Ali demonstrated something that cannot simply be taught in a sales manual: genuine compassion and humanity. He could have done the minimum, completed the transaction, and moved on. Instead, he went above and beyond when he absolutely did not have to. To the owner or manager reading this: please recognize Ali. An employee who can sell a phone is useful. An employee who knows the products is valuable. But someone who combines knowledge, honesty, patience, integrity, professionalism, kindness, empathy, and exceptional customer service is much harder to find. Ali is that kind of employee. People like him build a company’s reputation. Advertising may bring someone through the door once, but employees like Ali are why customers come back and recommend a business to their friends and family. Ali, if you read this: thank you. Thank you for your patience, your honesty, your professionalism, for treating me with respect, and especially for going above and beyond to help me when you didn’t have to. You made a much bigger difference than you probably realize. I walked in needing an iPhone 16e. I walked out with exactly what I needed and tremendous appreciation for the person who helped me. And now for my one complaint—and it is directed entirely at Google, NOT this store: I am genuinely disappointed that Google only allows me to leave five stars. Ali has exposed a serious flaw in Google’s rating system: sometimes five stars simply aren’t enough. I actually intend to submit a process-improvement suggestion to Google recommending that they increase the maximum number of stars customers can award. I have been forced to give Ali only five stars—not because five accurately represents the service I received, but because Google physically will not let me select any more. So, Google: increase the limit. That way, the next person fortunate enough to walk into this store while Ali is working won’t be restricted to the same five stars I am. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars displayed. Far more than five stars deserved. My only disappointment with this entire experience is that Google won’t let me click another star. Ali deserves recognition, and this business is extremely fortunate to have him.
I dropped my phone the same week I had gotten it it only had a small crack in it at that point. Nothing major I can work around that. 6 months later I am inside Walmart getting school supplies and I randomly drop my phone. At this point it has a big crack in the top corner but nothing serious. Until the next day. That next day my screen started glitching and turning green so I remember a friend told me about the place inside of Walmart. So I called and got an estimate and I came in three days later because he had to order a screen for me he automatically ordered the LED screen and the glass not just the glass. It only took him about 15 minutes and now my phone looks brand new. He was very helpful on giving me advice about which phones to stay away from because of the screens. Because of course I want one of those fold up phones. The prices were Fair. And the service was amazing. Very friendly and I did not feel judged. I will be returning to him for any other services I need
Great experience from start to finish! This is a very nice family friendly business with fair pricing and quick service. I ended up getting a faulty screen, but they replaced it with no questions asked and no extra charge. Great customer service and they really stand behind their work. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a phone repaired!
Ali and Jessica are amazing! Replaced battery in my IPhone11, cleaned charging port and hearing ports on hubby’s IPhone. Great service done quickly and pleasantly! I’m a customer for life!
Ali was incredibly helpful. Within 20 minutes he was able to replace the part needed for my phone's power button to work. He saved me a lot of trouble and I greatly appreciate it.
