We’ve been working with NOC for several years, and they’ve been fantastic. When we moved into our new school building, they went above and beyond to make sure the technology transition was smooth and stress-free. Their tech team and leadership are always quick to respond and ready to help with any issues that come up. Working with them has been a great experience!
The NOC is one of a kind. Solid customer service, quick response, and excellent management of our systems and networks. Also it’s rare today to encounter a company that shoots it to your straight and also comes to you in person for quoting, walking through the building, and planning out new builds. We have loved working with Tom as our rep and having the owner available and involved in the process as well. 100% recommend.
The NOC is fantastic! We’re an extremely busy law office with about ten workstations, so having a reliable IT company is essential. The NOC team is quick to respond whenever we have an issue, actively monitors our systems for spam, and consistently takes excellent care of us. I highly recommend The NOC!
Professional, friendly and efficient. The NOC set up a simple to navigate network that’s easy for our employees to use and us to manage. Highly recommend especially if you own a business and need a secure network and cameras.
We have been a client for the past couple of years. We are throughly enjoying our partnership. They do not feel like an outside contractor, but part of our team. They are always actively working to be proactive to issues.
