Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders - Jacksonville (Mandarin)

I got my Ubereats order, and it was super fast and ready! The restaurant inside was spotless, and the staff were so nice. The chicken tenders were crispy and perfectly seasoned. Crinkle fries are definitely addicting

When I first tried this place it was awesome . I’m no fan of zaxbys. So this was a great alternative. However today I was upset as my tenders were very small and soggy and almost seems old. My son said the bar b que tasted different today. And we know their bar b Que is different than original styles of bar b que . I did go thru drive thru for first time today so maybe that’s it . We got sick on our last trip here . So I’m pretty upset and baffled about this visit. Pic is the largest tender we recieved and my son’s bar b que . His fries lacked any crunch to them as well. I do appreciate that this restaurant is usually very clean and staff is usually very polite .

They claim these tenders that are crunchy on the end are the most tender? Have you ever tried Publix? Well it's better. The fries are barely cooked. And give me a break with this soggy piece of bread..... If you buy a combo a drink is extra? come on now... Not to mention they have NO handicap parking. And all the spots in front were full so I had to walk. Unbelievable

INCONSISTENCY IN FOOD QUALITY I really enjoy the chicken tender and fries meals at Huey Magoo’s when they’re cooked fresh and served hot. Unfortunately, that has only happened once in all the times I’ve eaten there. I usually just order fries, and they often taste like they’ve been dropped back into the fryer and reheated instead of being cooked fresh. On top of that, the fries are often way too salty. I own a food truck, and I know how important food quality and freshness are to keeping customers happy. I’ve thrown out fries from my own business rather than serve them when they weren’t up to standard, because I believe customers deserve better. I wanted to enjoy eating here, but the inconsistency in food quality is disappointing. Fresh, hot fries with the right amount of seasoning make a difference. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the freshness, taste, and consistency of the food.
