We had an incredible experience working with William to both buy and sell our home here in Jacksonville. They expertly navigated the entire process, leading to a smooth, stress-free closing on our recent sale while also helping us secure the perfect new house. Their communication, market knowledge, and dedication were outstanding every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-tier real estate professional!
Just used Lauren and the team at House & Haven to purchase my first home. As a first time homebuyer I had 1,001 questions for Lauren and she was able to walk me through the process step by step. I had a short deadline and she always made herself available to view homes with me. Was well informed and provided tons of information and things to lookout for during viewings. She also had a great network of professionals to assist with work during the inspection process. She was able to get me in a home I love, under appraised value, with some seller concessions, and was able to clear my post-inspection concerns by working with the sellers team. Could not recommend working with Lauren more!
William was great! The process was easy and I was kept informed thoroughly the entire time. Thanks Again and looking forward to doing business again in the future :)
Lauren Sharp was wonderful to work with on the purchase of my new condo. I was downsizing and Lauren was very attentive to my specific wishes for the potential properties we viewed. Lauren made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Through her knowledge and dedication, I am now very happy in my new condo. House & Haven is the ONE place to be for all your real estate needs:) Thank you, Lauren!
Working with Lauren of House and Haven was a real pleasure! She is very knowledgeable and her expertise is beyond compare! Lauren is very prompt in scheduling house showings and even works during weekends, just to accommodate our time schedules. She communicates with us regularly to update us on the progress of our house search and we can really tell that she is very dedicated and passionate about her desire to help us find that dream home. What we love most about House and Haven is the after sales care. We have moved into our dream house for almost a month now, but Lauren still regularly checks on us, asking if we need anything or if there is something that needs action from the builder or the subcontractors. We love and appreciate that! We recommend using House and Haven 1000% to help you find that dream house and experience an amazing house buying journey, just like we did!! Thank you Lauren and HH!! -Aldo and Candice
