I just want to say DANIELLE is the nicest and best employee EVER. Me and my boyfriend signed up for a tour and a free hot yoga at 7:30. Another guest was having issues with their membership and Danielle was doing her absolute best to help them while we waited for our tour, our tour started MAYBE 4 or 5 minutes late due the the other guest issue (not a problem at all stuff happens) Danielle was so apologetic and so sweet. She gave us a great tour and throughly explained everything we needed to know, and she proceeded to wait 15 minutes after closing (when our hot yoga was finished) to help me and my boyfriend with everything and get our memberships set up! I specifically chose this location due to the town center location having not the greatest reviews, even though this location is 26 minutes away from me that is exactly why I would rather drive the distance for good customer service. They exceeded every expectation I had for making a drive solely due to reviews. Danielle is great, give her a raise, and we are so excited to be in a good location with good staff. It makes a difference.
