Hot Wok

I ordered egg drop soup and hot n sour soup as I have before. When I got home 5 min later and poured the soup into a bowl it was SO thick and gelatinous I couldn’t eat it. I tried, but it was so thick, slimy, and tasted off. Wasted $22 on SOUP! I won’t order here again unless they make it right.

This is the worst place that I have ever been to. I gave the cashier change and asked for the correct change back. The cashier had dropped the change, and started yelling at me saying I didn’t give her any change. After she realized she was wrong, she gave me a call but it was too late. The food was nasty, staff is rude so don’t waste your time. The worst Chinese place ever.

Ordered 2 dinner combos tonight, beef with broccoli and pepper steak. The chicken fried rice in both was old and hard and the veggies in the pepper steak smelled and tasted old. Grosss! I called and spoke with the manager and was told they would send out a new order but we needed to return our food when the driver came. Hour later no food, so I called and was told that the management would not replace my order because it was ate out of. How would we know it was old if we didn't take a bite. Mind you I was told by the manager earlier that my food would be replaced. SMH I've never had a issue with this place and we order on a regular and for them not to honor the fact that they sent me old food and would not replace it. I will NEVER go back!!
