Awesome group of mechanics! They were able to help me get caught up with a bunch of much needed maintenance related items. My son’s car is running flawlessly. Thomas, Jeff and the rest of the crew provided the highest quality of workmanship and customer service. Mahalo!
10/10 service. Thomas and Jeff were awesome to work with. They were very diligent in troubleshooting a strange electrical issue with my one of my vehicles. I received a very thorough inspection with recommendations for service in addition to the issues I indicated. No high-pressure tactics to upsell, just solid advice on keeping it running great. While waiting in the lobby, I got to see firsthand how honest and transparent they are with their customers. Can’t recommend them enough!
It is not easy finding an honest, reliable mechanic. This was the smoothest experience I’ve ever had. Thomas was super transparent and communicated the entire process. Him and his staff go as far as to take detailed notes and pictures along the way. I never felt like my vehicle was rushed. Overall 10/10 experience
I had an outstanding experience bringing my vehicle in for service. From start to finish, the communication was exceptional, especially from Jeff in the front office. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made everything easy to understand. One thing that really stood out was the detailed inspection report. It was thorough, easy to follow, and included clear pricing for recommended services, which made it simple to make informed decisions without any surprises. The attention to detail shown while working on my vehicle was second to none. It's clear the team takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in great hands. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, professional service and excellent customer care!
Thomas and his team are top-notch! After all the places I've used to have my truck fixed they are the best service, communication and price. I highly recommend Hoover Automotive for your Toyota car and truck repairs.
