Mandy made renting a great apartment in Riverside so easy! She went over and beyond to facilitate me changing my mind about which apartment I wanted after applying. She doesn't play games. She's ultra responsive and helped me rent fast! Can't recommend highly enough! Management has been great so far too. Amber is nice and very responsive!

I have started using the services of CenterBeam for my rental property in Saint Augustine, FL, and I have to say that I am really very satisfied with their services since I started 3 years ago. They provide a complete service for a totally no hands-on approach and they are always available for any inquiry or special need. I want to point out to a very personal and friendly service provided by Logan Wood at CenterBeam. Her responses are always fast, on the point and she cover all aspects of the rental property needs including repairs, verifications, contracting, renewal or any other request I needed such as rental contract and others, all in a very welcoming and pleasant manner. I am very satisfied with hers and CenterBeam services and I fully recommend using their services.

CenterBeam managed my property for 3 years while I was stationed elsewhere. Logan was OUTSTANDING in her communication and took care of any issues that popped up quickly and efficiently. I recently decided to sell my property and chose Katie to be my real estate agent. All I can say is WOW! Katie and Logan were an amazing team and the experience from long distance could not have been better. I trusted them with all the details - I couldn’t be happier with the results and my overall experience. Many thanks to Logan, Katie, and the rest of the CenterBeam team!
