Calvin came on time and was very thorough and professional. He worked for three hours and explained the process before he started. He asked me if I had any Questions! Hillary came as Calvin was wrapping up and took care the pest side of things. She was wonderful, too! She said to call if we had any concerns! I am very happy with HomeTeam Pest Defense.
Thorough and detailed. The customer contact is appreciated. Before the tech makes his visit, he calls or texts to announce that the visit is scheduled and asks if the homeowner has any special concerns that need to be addressed during the quarterly visit. Really appreciate the customer touch...very unusual in today's high tech world where the objective often seems to be avoid all live customer contact! Thank you.
The HomeTeam staff in Ponte Vedra Florida is fantastic. Our Technician Matt is very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Matt helped us through a pest intrusion in our house and he was able to solve the issue. Matt and the dispatch staff are always so helpful and friendly and understand their customers. I highly recommend HomeTeam if you are in need of a Pest and Termite control organization. Many thanks to HomeTeam for all their assistance and excellent customer service.

HomeTeam had a excellent technician in my area. Her name was Dakota and she was literally the best pest control technician I've had. Unfortunately, she moved onto a new company and I was left with a few others. The last technician, Brandon told my wife that he's not there to clean my house when she asked if he could take down the active spiderwebs that popped up between washes. My home is just over two years old and in excellent shape. Dakota and literally every technician I've hired take a small broom and brushes them off. Today I had my wits end when Brandon stopped by for a service and was rude about why he was even there. I told him I had spiders and springtails and politely asked if he could start outside. He told me he needed to know why, so I repeated what I called for. He followed up by trying to explain the spiders needed to be active and present to kill them. I'm not leaving random spiders in my house for you to kill later. I'm also not arguing with my technician about what pests are in my home or outside. I called and immediately cancelled my pest and termite control stations. I'll be going with Sentricon or another competitor. The Taexx in-wall system isn't worth HomeTeams terrible technicians, and I'm sure the next company will do better anyway.
