Mike King helped my husband and I with the home buying process. Neither my husband or myself knew much about purchasing a home other than what we wanted in a home and did not want since this was our 1st time purchasing a home. We looked at several homes and either did not quite like them or they went into pending status after viewing. Mike asked us if we had considered new construction. We had not, thinking it would be out of our price range. This ended up being the route we went. Mike was very knowledgeable about the entire process of buying a home. He assisted when the home builders realtor was not explaining the ins and outs of new construction. Mike asked the questions that we didn't know to ask. Mike was very knowledgeable yet professional when having corrections made throughout the entire process from October 2017 to April 2018 when we closed. Mike King is the type of realtor that will be there for you and help you the entire way.

Mark Greenwell with HomePro Realty was the easy choice when I was in need of a realtor. I definitely recommend his services he helped me find my future home in the east part of Jacksonville. The market in which I was looking to purchase was very competitive. The houses on the market were going for over asking price and were not lasting very long. Yet, Mark was constantly on a hunt and was able to find a house (which met all my desires) that had been on the market for only a few days and was able to work quickly to show me the house. Mark shared plenty of tips and implemented some strategies to allow us to make offer which was perfect for me and even saved me a bunch on closing costs! We were able to reach an agreement with the seller before the house even reached a week on the market. Mark is a great professional to work with and has remained easy to reach whenever I need any help! :)

I love how the owner, Mike King ("the" only realtor here), gave himself a 5 star review on here. This man represents only the seller's best interest. If you're a seller that may sound great, but remember his over promises and under production along with lack of skills will flop in your face. Worst realtor ever, not to mention unethical in refusing to write offers unless they are for the top asking price. Guess what? Bullying won't work. It won't make the buyer pay 3x more for a home not in that value range. Show me some "real comps" - oh you don't have any. Got it.
