I reached out via Zillow to one of their realtors about a property for sale local to me that they had listed. Never got a response on that property….what I did get was thousands of unrelated emails for properties nowhere near where I was inquiring about. Pretty sure when asking about a vacant piece of land in Madison County, Fl….that I’m not interested in St Augustine/Jax $500k plus homes. At this point I’m wondering if they even represent the property I was looking at, drive by it and there’s no signs other than “no trespassing!” ETA/respond to owners response: Over 300 emails in the last 7 days from a “Mark Chestnutt” who claimed to be a part of your group and was the “listing agent” on the Zillow property. Oh, and that 300+ emails AFTER unsubscribing. at this point I’m no longer interested and more than happy to use a local agent.
