I have been coming to St Augustine for years and finally did the historical tour of Flagler college. It is hands down one of my favorite things. If you love history, you will love this. There are gorgeous original stained glass windows and Tiffany's crystal chandeliers that pictures cannot do justice. I only wish I would have done the tour sooner.

My wife and I visited St. Augustine for the first time and decided to take a tour of Flagler College. The campus was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking architecture and so much history! Our tour guide was fantastic. She was actually a senior student studying law, which was pretty cool. It’s great that the college gives students the opportunity to lead these tours. She was well-spoken, funny, and very knowledgeable about both Flagler College and St. Augustine’s history. The only couple of drawbacks were that the tour took place while classes were going on, so there were students around campus. That’s obviously something the college can’t really control, but at times it made it a little difficult to hear and focus on what the tour guide was saying. We also learned some additional interesting details about Flagler College from our Uber driver that weren’t mentioned during the tour—perhaps information our guide didn’t know. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend the Flagler College tour. It’s one of the top places we’d recommend visiting if you’re in St. Augustine!
Beautiful architecture. If you want to admire a gorgeous historic building while watching college students of all genders casually stroll through the grand lobby in bikinis all day, this is apparently the place. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️ Oh, and they have some pretty amazing ceiling paintings too. Almost forgot about those.
Veronica gave an excellent tour of Flagler College! She was knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the college's history and campus. She shared interesting facts and stories that made the tour both informative and enjoyable. Veronica was also friendly and happy to answer questions, making everyone feel welcome. Thanks to her, our visit was memorable and gave us a great appreciation for Flagler College. Highly recommend taking a tour with Veronica!
We enjoyed our tour with Miranda at 10:00 for 1hr. She’s very knowledgeable of the history of the Opulent Hotel Ponce de Leon with references to Henry M. Flagler and his wives. There are a number of interesting artworks; paintings, tile flooring, the water fountain, ceiling @ wall mouldings, wood-carved pillars, canvas paintings in the ceilings, the 79+ Tiffany stained glass (largest in use collection) and the dragon heads lining topside in the courtyard have a story of their own!!
