We just celebrated my daughter's sweet 16 in the water with Wake2wake. It was so relaxing and Captain Grant did all the busy boat work so we could just enjoy. We loved hearing a little about the history of St. Augustine, saw lots of dolphins and i think it's especially special with Grant, because he grew up here locally on the water as a kid&growing up and he knows the area and lots of the stories/ history. I definitely hope we get a chance to book with him again.
Our group had a blast with Grant. He had so many interesting history facts and you could tell he loved the water and the community. He shared so many great recommendations with us, including places to eat, places to go, and activities to do! He knew all the right places on the water to go and would slow down to let us watch the dolphins. We had an amazing day, definitely the highlight of our trip! I highly recommend booking if you want an enjoyable day out on the water!
No way to say enough good about Captain Grant and Wake2wake!! We booked a private sunset cruise for my wife's birthday and EVERYTHING was first rate. It actually felt like a private cruise. Captain Grant was knowledgeable not only about the history of St Augustine but the waterway itself. From history of the city to the local dolphin pod! He took the time to make sure we had a great time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We had an absolutely incredible experience on our boat tour today! Captain Grant was outstanding—knowledgeable, engaging, and truly made the trip special. He shared fascinating history along the way while also keeping the kids entertained the entire time, which made it so enjoyable for everyone. He was especially great with the kids, making them feel included and excited throughout the tour. We visited some amazing spots and were lucky enough to see so many dolphins—such a highlight! Overall, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate—you really can’t go wrong. Highly recommend! 10/10!!
This was my third time going on a pontoon boat tour and can’t wait to book the next one. Whether a special occasion with out-of-town guests or a morning ride with local friends, Grant does a great job providing local history, advocating for the wildlife, and finding spots off the beaten path to make the tour special. Highly recommend!
