Hill Automotive Inc.

The guys over at Hills automotive did a great job for me! I recently had a full engine swap, the whole AC system, shocks and some other general maintenance done to my truck. Their prices were fair and they were honest and upfront. They kept me updated throughout the whole process with the progress and pictures. I would highly recommend them with any of your automotive needs.

Hill automotive is amazing! They replaced our clutch in record time for an amazing price and with outstanding communication and customer service. Highly recommend!

1 star — Poor communication and broken timeline I had my van towed to Hill Automotive on Thursday because of a radiator leak. I was told they could fix it and have me back on the road by Friday. Since I had not received any updates, I went to the shop Friday afternoon to check on it. That is when I found out my vehicle had not been touched and would not be worked on until at least Monday. No one called me to explain the delay or give me the chance to make other arrangements. I am from out of town and planned to leave Saturday, so this left me stranded. The lack of communication and the failure to meet the timeline I was given was very unprofessional. If they could not take the job on time, they should have told me upfront or at least called as soon as the situation changed.

Very kind, attentive and precise work by the guys at Hills Automotive. The one thing I always look for with a shop is honesty (which is hard to come by these days), and these guys are nothing but honest. Cannot stress enough how much I would recommend Hills Automotive.
