Our experience at Hidden Harbor Marina was exceptional, thanks in large part to Stephanie's outstanding service. The separate shower stalls, cleaned regularly, provided a level of comfort and cleanliness that was very appreciated. The Captain's lounge offered complimentary coffee, a TV, microwave, and coin laundry facilities. Additionally, the availability of bagged ice and beer for sale. This marina is Dog Friendly! What truly set Hidden Harbor Marina apart was Stephanie's attentiveness and professionalism. She was always quick to respond to any concerns we had, ensuring that our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Furthermore, the marina's proximity to Downtown St. Augustine, within walking distance, made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better marina experience. We highly recommend Hidden Harbor Marina to anyone looking for a top-notch marina experience in St. Augustine.

We love it here! Brand new bathrooms and a beautiful captains lounge with a tv. Stephanie the dock master, is top notch and knows boats! Our only issue is that we pay our dockage to the hotel and they don’t allow us into the pool or fire pit area. It’s strange.
Stephanie and Joe are some questionable characters for sure. They present the dock as being a friendly happy SAFE environment and it is the complete opposite. The gate doesn't work, anyone can get in and out, the bathrooms are disgusting and there's always a leak, and unfortunately either the hotel guest or other boaters don't pick up after their pet. Joe takes pictures of the females and I was told " he can do whatever he wants" by Stephanie. The next day I was given my contract and told I violated policy and had 24 hours. I was not provided a court order, and was told I'd be arrested for trespassing and can fight it in court later. Stay away!!!
Fantastic Marina. Stephanie Is amazing, staff is professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Everything is brand new, baths and showers are what you always wished for at a marina. Quick walk to all the activities downtown. I will certainly be coming back.
registered reservation by Dockwa, no recognition, attempt confirm by their website chat, email to dock master, no reply. called every 15 min for 6 hours, phone always busy. Crummy way to run a marina
