I contacted this realty company today and spoke with Brian to simply to ask a general question regarding their services and properties. Unfortunately, before I could even finish speaking or ask my question, the representative abruptly hung up on me. I was honestly shocked by how rude and dismissive the interaction was. As someone who has worked in customer service, I understand that not every call is easy, but basic professionalism and courtesy should always come first. Potential clients should not be treated as if their questions are an inconvenience. A simple conversation could have taken less than a minute, yet instead I was met with disrespect and poor communication. First impressions matter, especially in the real estate industry where trust and customer relations are important. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable doing business with a company that treats potential clients this way. I hope management addresses how customers are spoken to so future callers are treated with more professionalism and respect.

Since applying for my home to rent, I have experienced a timely response, amazing turnaround time for getting the home and servicing needs and communication has been very consistent. My home wasn’t quite ready for me to move into, but they definitely made an impression with how quick they were able to make sure it was clean and ready for me to move into by the end of the day. Definitely recommend this company to others!
