Nice naborhood with well kept homes & yards. Lot of settled down & down to earth people, who you can easily talk or work with. Nice, well kept, & quite naborhood. I helped a friend do some Allure flooring in this area. They were very nice friendly people to work with. I almost hated that I finished up there floors just because of their hospitality.

Love this neighborhood! We know several families that live there and it is such a nice place to be. Houses are beautiful and yards are just the perfect size.

Bought my house here 8 years ago🏠Now it is over developed, houses are too closetogether and petty crimes are begginning to pop up. However, there are lots of great families and the park is great for small children. The park is the only amenity available to residents. I have enjoyed my home but will never purchase in an HOA again. The HOA fees are very reasonable and they do take care of the common areas, however, the wifi and cable selection is extremely limited because of a contractual agreement between the developer and Hotwire. Hotwire is slow and expensive, but guess they can charge whatever they want sinc ethey dont have to worry about competition. So it is either Hotwire or satellite, period. The community is close to shopping, dining and movies. However, its also close to a railroad track, which I dont mind, because it isnt that busy or noisy.
