Hero Family Martial Arts

We have been with this Hero location for 3 years. Our son has grown so much. They are very very patient with him and do a great job working with him at his level. They also bring in the importance of academics and integrity along with skills training. My son progressing through the belts and I'm so proud of him! The staff are wonderful and communicate so well! I absolutely recommend this location at Oakleaf as a great center.

This place is great! My son and I recently begun our training with Mr. Southerland and so far my son and I both are thoroughly enjoying the experience. My son asks almost everyday, "when are we going back to class" or "can we practice our punches and kicks?" I've wanted to train in martial arts for many years, ever since childhood, and now I am finally taking the opportunity I never had as a child to do it with my child. What a blessing that we can do this together!

My wife and I have been trying to find a place for our two kids to practice and learn Martial Arts. This was such an easy choice after they did their first try out session. Mr. Southerland and his crew are great with the kids. Our kids now go twice a week and soon will up it to 4 times a week. They are constantly talking about class and what they learned. We have also noticed their character development while attending here. 10 out of 10 would recommend in a heart beat!

My nephews love Hero! The instructors are kind and clear and both boys love going and getting their energy out while also learning proper form. Hero teaches respect and teamwork and offer adult classes as well. Great place and amazing people!
