Wow I went last night and me and my husband had a couple massage it was fabulous. Very kind people very professional. We both work physical job's and they made me feel like a million bucks. Used oil hot rocks and deep tissue massage. I'd definitely recommend this place. It was 160 then tip and oil. We'll worth the money. I'll be going back again.
I normally never leave reviews, negative or positive, but I left this experience feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. My friend and I booked a massage, facial, and head spa package for her birthday, and the entire appointment felt unprofessional from start to finish. We waited quite a while before anyone acknowledged us, and the appointment already felt disorganized before services even began. During the massage, there was no consultation about pressure preferences, injuries, sensitivities, or boundaries. I was uncomfortable with how much attention was focused around my buttocks and inner thigh area during the massage. At one point, the therapist straddled me while working on my back, which completely caught me off guard and made me very uncomfortable. The draping throughout the massage also felt inappropriate and overly exposing compared to other professional massages I’ve had. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that after the massage, we were instructed to walk across the building fully nude underneath nothing but a bed sheet in order to get to the head spa area. This felt extremely awkward and unprofessional. The facial and “head spa” portion were also very disappointing for the price. The head spa was essentially just a basic shampoo with none of the scalp treatment, relaxation, or luxury experience that was advertised. Products and tools were used without explanation, and several parts of the service felt rushed and careless. At this point in the treatment, there was also a lot of chatter happening outside the room while the door was repeatedly being left open. People were walking in and out of the room while our faces were covered and we were still without tops underneath the sheets, which only added to how exposed and uncomfortable the experience felt. By the end of the appointment, I felt more stressed than relaxed, which is the opposite of how a spa experience should leave someone feeling. Considering how expensive this package was, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. I genuinely wish I had trusted my instincts and left earlier.
The team at Herbal Spa was amazing!!!! We had a large party (5) and we were all able to have our appointments at the same time. The therapists were attentive and accommodating, providing appropriate pressure and consistent check ins. Stretching was also provided. It was all amazing and we will definitely be returning. 5 stars!
Visiting from out of town and I came in with neck, shoulder sciatica and hip pain and walked out feeling BRAND NEW! My massage therapist found every knot and pain I had and took them right out and the cranial massage was amazing. 100% recommend! Thank you for taking our pain away and giving us energy back to continue our trip. 🤩
OMG 😱 the best massage that I have ever had!! The ladies at the Herbal spa have magical hands that make you so relaxed and take away all of the tension and stress. I got the combo full body massage and head spas for 90 mins and it was the best spa experience. Very clean, quiet and tranquil setting. Rooms are private and the staff are very respectful and professional in their manner and work. I highly recommend a visit here and you won’t regret it. I will definitely make this my monthly treat spot. Thank you ladies my daughter and I had a great spa day.
